* A couple of notes and lessons learned in travelling in Boston

Transportation – We are tracking inter-country transportation separately. In the case of Boston, we flew from Reykjavik, Iceland direct to Boston on Iceland Air. The ticket was actually from Stockholm, Sweden and costs were listed on the What it Cost: Iceland post since the flight included the stopover in Iceland. LOVE that about Iceland Air! Within Boston our costs were exclusively for week-long subway passes and storing our bags for the final day before heading to the airport.

Housing – Housing in Boston is pricy! As you can see, it ran over 50% of our total cost. Yikes!

Entertainment – Our first movie theater experience in 15 months!!! Plus the amazing JFK Presidential Library.
